These detergents work in all animal facilities, and ensure that caging equipment is cleaned to the highest possible
standards, while at the same time protecting the cage material. Not available in North America.

Allentown Alkali
Allentown Alkali is intended for use on rodent or large animal caging with heavy organic soiling. Its unique formulation utilizes non-ionic cleaning to remove stubborn greasy protein and organic residues often associated with Rabbit, Guinea Pig and NHP caging.

Allentown Acid
Allentown Acid is a phosphoric- and citric-acid based detergent that offers exceptional performance in the removal of uric and acid soluble deposits when used in rack or tunnel washers at 55-80 °C. It is extremely effective as a single detergent for small rodent caging and all types of bottles. It is also an effective neutralizer for large animal cage washing when used in a multi-chemical wash cycle consisting of Allentown Alkali and Allentown Acid.

Allentown Rinse
Allentown Rinse is intended for use following the washing of rodent caging with Allentown Alkali to ensure that the cages have been neutralised before being reprocessed into use, or autoclaved. This is especially important when washing polycarbonate plastics, which - without the inclusion of an appropriate rinse additive - may experience especially negative impacts when exposed to high temperatures. Allentown Rinse is a specially-formatted, acid- based rinse additive that neutralizes alkai detergents such as Allentown Alkali and provides assisted drying performance within automated washing systems. Because it employs a naturally-occurring, citric-based acid, Allentown Rinse has less of an environmental impact.

Allentown Neutral
Allentown Neutral offers exceptional cleaning capabilities for light- to medium-soiled cages and bottles. It has been designed to offer an ecological and economical solution for the removal of small amounts of organic soiling and softened water salt deposits. It also eliminates the need for an acid or neutralizing rinse aid.
