Ensuring a Particulate-Free Environment
Room air enters the open face of the hood and is drawn into the
the lead edge capture directly below the sash opening, providing
protection of the animal from room contamination. Simultaneously
HEPA-filtered, NSF Certified vertical laminar airflow provides clean air in
the work area to further protect the animals from contamination.
All contaminated air inside the enclosure
passes through a second HEPA filter located in the top of the
unit so that particulate-free air is exhausted back into the
room.
